I have 10+ years experience supporting organisations with their strategy, development and design. I have a Politics BA and an MSc in Place Management and Leadership.
Through this education and my experience, I’ve noticed the huge changes that have impacted the sectors I specialise in.
Organisations, communities and individuals are working in ever-changing circumstances. Understandably, it can be difficult to keep up.
That’s where I come in.
I work with charities, place-makers and small business owners, balancing strategic consultancy, creative coaching and hands-on delivery.

MY APPROACH
Let’s make the stuff you have to do as easy as possible, and make room for what you want to do.
I am creative, bold and ambitious. I encourage out-of-the-box, yet tailored thinking to achieve genuine results that matter and are measurable to you.
But it doesn’t have to be exhausting.
Traditional working hours, vanity metrics and burnout are (slowly, but surely!) on their way out. New, better ways of working are emerging which achieve greater results.
I also incorporate big-picture thinking, EDI and accessibility into everything I do. Political, economic and socio-cultural circumstances influence the sectors I work in. I acknowledge this and work accordingly to make a difference and generate sustainable results.
